Remember how oil gauges in the earlier MX5s used to tell you actual oil pressure? This guys got a kit up for grabs that'll convert your on/off gauge to a real one.
I don't know how much it would cost from NZ to make it into a gauge but thought someone might be interested. Only thought I'd mention it since he's posting me an item as well so could help keep costs down...

Don't you just take the oil pressure sensor off one of the earlier blocks?
That's what I did when I went from my 91 1.6 to my 97 1.8 and it works perfect.

Ah probably. Wouldn't have a clue as my car is one of the ones that had a real oil gauge... Ah well, my switch is in the mail.
