hard to tell from the pics...is it sitting to high or not pulling up close enough to the windscreen frame?

Do the clips that hold the frame to the window need adjusting, are they loose when you clip them on, or fairly stiff to press in place?

no its just a bend in the front rail thats a bit different, no matter how i adjusted the clips it just sat wrong. when i did the top i replaced the frame too.

the passengers side latch is as tight as it can go and the drivers side isnt far off. Its seals up alright, I have hit it with the water blaster at work a few times and hasn't let in a drop of water. But over 70k's it can get a bit noisy with wind and if i grab it and pull down the noise stops. can i just bend the frame back or would it be best just to replace the frame?

you could try putting washers under the windscreen frame latches, so that when thesoft top frame locks in to the receivers, it will be a bit lower compared to the windscreen frame.
