engine block is bright yellow but cant see it in the pics to well

Whoops!
Moved house, so that was a bit of a mission, although here we go, I got some shoes
They actually look fairly decent IMO and they get a hell of a lot of looks!
I drove passed the skate park yesterday, had about 5 guys come up to me "nice car man" "this is sick"
I'm happy :3

Excellent. Its a plan, a very very expensive plan.
You can get them from Japan but they retail at about $150...

Like they would even be able to tell some people with mx5s cant even tell if they have a torsen or not
How many times do we get someone asking
"how do I know if I have a torsen or not"
Umm... do a skid!!

The roads from home to work are mainly motorways and 100k zones so they are pretty smooth. I am only out west once every few months so it shouldn't be too bad

I have a set of 12kg/8kg coming from the US for mine, but don't expect it to be too bad. I have borrowed a set of 12kg for the front of mine, and haven't noticed it being too stiff.

70mm id, 150mm in lenght, and they are Teins. But can get most ID and length's and spring ratings from Tein
http://www.tein.com/products/standard_s ... _list.html
They are $120USD a set, which was a lot cheaper than me getting a set made up in NZ here.

Wow, 250mm is pretty long, would have thought with those length springs the car would sit up like a 4x4. Mine are pretty short at 150, but that's because of the type of coilover I am running. Pretty much every other coilover that I have seen for an MX5 runs a 175/180mm spring.

Bummer, forgot to carry the 1 huh? Guess it is another set of springs then, maybe see if you can borrow a set of 180mm from somewhere to see if that is going to be the right height.

Yeah, I mean now I have a definitive baseline so spring length should be the only determining factor. But Im fitting the rears tuesday so will see how Baja it gets, I need NB tophats and money.
