Tri-spokes will divide a few people. I only like them cos they look hilolrious. hahaha.
and they're fairly period correct best of all (ignoring the fact the car is a 1990 and the wheels are produced around 1995 - 1998)

Loving the tri-spokes I wanted a set of those advans but couldnt find any other than 4x114.3
Advanced the timing on my NB to 14-15degrees to go along with the new plugs and wires
Ran into one little problem when the car wouldn't start afterwards
...Sensor was knocked out of position
Next to do is the fuel filter and gearbox/diff oil i have it all but am lazy

I like Advan tris on certain cars, and they suit the Roadster!
Don't think they'd fit so well on a red car, but they look the part on yours.

Despite the Teins I put in being raised quite high, I still got caught out by bumpers and the driveway and kept clipping them (not as low as it used to be but the butterfly brace catches everything). Guess I have to go back to assuming I'll scrape over things again.
Car is starting to feel a lot tighter now and less like a flimsy convertible.

I put the factory shocks back in car since the Apexi's I bought on Trademe were leaking copiously. Now it looks like I'm ready to go off-roading. If anyone wants some dead coil-overs (for the springs maybe?) you can have them for next to nothing.

How much you want for the lot? Worse than just the 1 leaking now?

They aren't the most common wheel in NZ

Fell in love with them straight away when I bought them from a friend, he regrets selling them since I painted them

I'm also free to help if you need it, done a couple of diffs myself in my driveway, but sounds like you have enough help offers already!
And it was a really good price, considering it came with the axles etc, if I had the money Id have been bidding against you

Yup! As i was taking them out I was like "this one too!?" I eventually figured it was all four but it seems one is fine.
$50 for them?

I did as well on Sunday. Wasn't planning to but I was served by an Irish lass and couldn't resist the calling to spend money

Since I bought her, I've had this horrible miss. Didn't ever look into it too much, wanted to get her looking good and deal with servicing etc after.
So dove into it today. Found the problem right away. Fire and wet don't mix
