The Holden Viscous unit could be a different type but supposedly shimming helps(Putting shims in to load/preload the pack and make it tighter?) I dont know much about it.

I have emailed him about three times, had one response which was months later. I feel he is hugely over priced

I paid a little bit more for one from Mazline but had extremely swift service and very helpful.

I second this I even drove down there to sort some parts but he made no effort at all! The parts are gold coated too. Your normal person would say hello to the money, I just don't understand it when people are willing to spent money with you business...... but then make no effort.

I never knew you could shim a viscous LSD.
Got a mate who can probably suss that for me if its possible. Thought it only worked on mechanical ones.

wash, wax, redid sill undersealant... went for a 4hour drive with evel, from nelson to kaiteri to takaka and home. massive hillruns and tight corners the wee miatas loved it. and ticked up 450km total on run in k's

did a 'foamectomy' on my drivers seat as well as a few other bits and bobs in preparation for a track day at Taupo tomorrow....has made the seat a bit more supportive, still not amazing but we'll see.

It is alot better though i sat in my passenger seat yesterday which still has all the foam in it

im guessing you did it in the opposite way u wrote it? tested torsen, now clutch is stuffed? lol mines heading towards the stuffed direction pretty soon haha
