Don't forget this one too, why the fuck do these people ask so much? I'd pay up to $1200 for a hardtop, not this greedy shit.

Auckland gets just 2 days of rain so the prices automatically go up $1000

Probably, my drivers seat was a bit wet the other day. I'm looking for a hardtop in a few weeks. Everyone better not get all smart and list them for that kind of price.

one question about buying from yahoo japan.
I was looking at work equip 01's and they had an average price of 27,000-33,000 yen. Would I be correct in assuming that this is the price for 1 rim not 4?

Brand new thats each
Might be able to find a set of 4 in a narrower size for around 40000Y or around 100000Y for a set around 8-9J

Yeah that's definitely for one wheel. A lot of auctions for brand new wheels sell them one at a time.

I have the best luck searching for 'used' wheels only; more full sets and better prices.

Does anyone know the story with these? I'm wary of ready-made manifolds because all the American forums warn of cheap Ebay ones cracking.

 I missed that, he mentions a 6 month warranty? Mind you it might come with some BS like 'only designed to take 3 psi' or something.

Yeah, most of the bad feedback was because he would not make contact with people after they had bought something went wrong. Also NO PICKUPS says a lot to me

^ I second this, tube walls are too thin, with the heat cycle rates its only a matter of when not if it will crack, I give it less that a month.

stainless has quite a high thermal expansion rate, without slip joints etc it'll prob crack as soon as it gets a decent workout ...
