Picked up my new car today. So much fun to drive especially in the wet.

Only done 163,000k's and i got it for $2700 :D

Needs a little bit of work done to it, mainly the roof needs replacing (came with a brand new one, just needs to be installed) and the clutch will need changing at
some point, accidentally went from 2nd to 5th and the revs didnt drop

I love it in the dry.

But would love to try Drift on a rainy track.

Fitted new clutch master and slave cylinders this morning, don't know how much genuine is, but i got both for 80 from autostop. Also made a homemade front skirt, pretty happy with it but now prob need to consider slowing a little for bumper bars.

Painted it black after this pic, just screwed on with self tappers, might replace with something more durable at some stage.

The material is a plastic strip used over power lines in trenches, 10mm or so thick, 100mm wide, black on one side, orange printing on the other. Might even make some sill trims with same product, but only got enough left for one more front trim if anyone wants it.

I used to work just down from there, glad I moved to Auckland District Court, but also hoping my car is okay parked around the corner from Greenlane Train Station! Hopefully no one has any unfortunate surprises after work etc!
