Think Japanese imports came with factory viscous (possibly only an option...) but yeah most opt for swapping in the NB's torsen LSD.

Doesnt look too bad but it has been for sale for a few months-maybe 6 even.Probably due to the soft-top...try and listen to it from cold & see if its got the common tick-tick -tick from the hydraulic lifters-no real biggie but a bit annoying.
All helps to know what you are buying in advance.

Best of luck! :D

He does say in the comments that the soft top is a bit cracked so i'd probably have to factor in a new one of those.
Hydraulic lifters should be no more annoying than the powersteering pump in my starlet

I should have enough money in a few weeks as i just quit one of my jobs and have a semi-decent payout on the way.

Just negociate the price down to factor in the soft top
and changing the oil can get rid of lifter tick depending on whats already being used if its running 10W-30 try change to a 5W-30 and see if that helps

All imports(Eunos Roadster) Should be Viscous, Although some act like an open if they are worn out.

LSD's (viscous pre '94) were always an option, even in Japan.

My specs from Japan show them standard on every model. All V Specials from Japan had them.

Just went for a test drive of this one.

Driveline felt very good, couldnt test how well it could corner because it was a little wet(was a little tail happy  ).
Interior was alright, had a tape player, steering wheel was splitting a bit and it could use a new center console as the plastic was a bit broken in front of the gearstick.
Soft top had a hole in it and the rear window had become detached from rest of the roof. At least it comes with a spare roof

Really considering getting it, hopefully my final pay from work comes through tomorrow.

One thing i noticed in the test drive is how close the pedals are together, the clutch felt like it needed to be a little more to the left

It just feels close together because the dead pedal sticks out abit you get use to it and the pedals being close together makes it easier to heel-toe

Try sitting further back.

Funny you should mention that. One of the first things I did on the race car was to reposition the clutch pedal so there was more space between that and brake pedal. An easy enough fix.

Now you mention it i did try a heal toe maneuver and managed to kick my other foot off the clutch  Regretted having the top down at that moment

I'd adjusted the seat so my wrist rested on top of the wheel with my arm out so couldnt move much further back
