So had another drift day, was a good bit of fun tried some drifting with the top off which was fun.

I installed the new mirrors and they look great. They have much better visibility than the poxy old repco ones which came with the car (and it turns out they were held on with little more than hopes and dreams)

Glad those repco mirrors have come off, was considering getting some of those mirrors for myself but got another stock one instead.

this is a pic showing how they connect (excuse the poor lighting) basically the bracket screws in place and the mirror slots onto it with 1 screw at one end... due to cheap manufacturing, the bolt rusts out so that you cannot undo it and reaches a point where it just disintegrates. Its not a very good securing method, but that's what you get for a universal fit aftermarket mirror.
