After attending Leadfoot (Thank you to Mazda NZ for the tickets) I am curious as to how many 1989 MX5 NZ New NA's are still on the road, I was told only about 8 were registered initially. The wind up window, no power steering, no aircon, has MAZDA not miata or eunos all over it ones.

I've got a 89 model, was a Mazda NZ demonstrator for a year.
I would have thought there'd be a lot more around tbh.
Cheers

When did they discontinue the "no power steering, wind up windows, no air-con" poverty-pack MX-5?
It will only be original once...

Ha Ha poverty-pack... I'm not sure, but our old 91 eunos had power steering, electrics and air-con.
