Problem: I have a nice nardi knob except the wood bit spins freely on the aluminium bit that screws onto the gearstick. This is annoying because I hate stuff that moves when it shouldn't and it also makes an awful noise.
How the beep do I fix it? Does the aluminium insert come out of the wood bit or am I stuck with dumping glue into it until it stops moving?
Pun absolutely intended.

Mine had a set screw that you can use to tighten the knob onto the actual shifter. I'll see if I can find it.

Mine has that. Aluminium bit tightens onto the stick just fine, but the wood bit twists and squeals.
