Moss motors?

Post by warrior » Thu Mar 07, 2013 7:50 pm

Has anyone delt with these guys before? I have sent them three E mails regarding a freight price in the last four days and have had no reply??????

Are these guys worth dealing with?

Problem is they have 15% off everything at the moment and that makes the MSD boost timing unit for my supercharger cheap.

I spose unless they charge me heaps for freight....if I could get a bloody reply!!!!!!!!!

Yeah was looking at the Big Brake kits from there but $248 USD for shipping I thought was a bit dare, even for rotors and calipers? :?

Found them to be over the Top with their shipping chargers. There is still plenty of fish in the sea to choose from. (I'm not interested in catching SHARKS I will leave them for someone else)
I didn't make a mistake. I gave you a observation test and you JUST passed.

On this note, who knows of what stores where to get MX5 stuff? Maybe we should start a thread and compile them all in the first post?

One I've found quite recently that has heaps of cool stuff is http://www.gomiata.com/

Why are their Koni sports so much cheaper than over here? US$319 a pair vs NZ$544 here. With the discount that goes to US$271. Hmmm

Did you see the link I posted up of the company I bought my brackets from? They've shipped and are somewhere between Eastern USA and here. Good communication, great price ($30 shipping for 4x caliper brackets and bolts). Will wait till they arrive.

Just did a quick calculation. With their domestic rates a full set of Konis will be US$586 to Oregon. My gf is over there at the moment. That equates to NZ$735 or so. Splitting the order into two to send to NZ should miss GST, so even with postage from her to me should be cheaper than here.

Hey what calipers do these Brackets suit? I'm looking for some currently and you give me the link? 8)

1.8L pad retainers. Them and the bolts for them is all you need to convert to a 1.8L brake setup. Obviously youd need the pads and rotors :P The 1.6 and 1.8L calipers are the same in NA's
