Look what I spotted this morning
Reckon it could be the water pump seals?

Is it bad that I can't identify what's wrong with this picture?

Sorry I should have elaborated a bit more. There is water leaking out of the cam belt cover. When I rev the engine it drips a bit faster.
(I'm not a new member by the way, I can't remember my account details so I made a new one)

I would say your diagnosis is pretty accurate, only other option I can think of really is the edge of the head gasket has blown out and is leaking some water out the side but that is much less likely.

Wow, I certainly hope that's not the case. I've never heard of a head gasket blowing on one of these anyway, so it probably is pretty unlikely.

Ha it is a Mazda B series motor.
The Mazda B and E series are well known for blowing head gaskets, these just tend to have other issues first due to the cooling set up

Can see the top edge of the water pump there, looks like the seal has gone on it. Is it leaking from behind the pulley or the edge of the casting?
Cool sunroof bro...

I've noticed that my car drips water from the engine bay somewhere as well but I have no idea where it's from. I've also noticed I have a tiny oil leak from somewhere in there... Oh and the rattle noise I now get. I really should get someone to identify what is causing these

I'm hoping the water is the aircon, the rattle is a bolt that's fallen off from something and the oil is from the filter not being on tight enough. Hopefully nothing major. The car still runs so can't be serious right?

my water pump was failing around it seal. wasnt dripping but the pulley was wet. prob just the water pump. (was it changed when th ecambelt was done??) if you are around the 150K mark and it wasnt done at the cambelt change then its a good bet its shagged.
