Anyone have a spare, or know where I might get one today or tomorrow? Mine just died approaching Royal Oak roundabout

Oooh, which PaP is that? Slave cylinders appear to be $10.50 on their website so I may check it out, but will PM Donovan, cheers :)

Which Pick a part has the MX5? I think I need to visit.

Cheers everyone, I managed to pick up one from Autostop in Penrose and install it this afternoon. I can't recall my clutch pedal being as firm as it is now in the time that I've owned the car, so I'm pretty happy :D

You might find you need to do the master cylinder as well like i had to!
If one goes then the other is usually close behind.

Yeah, there was a bit of sort of sediment in the master cylinder so the fluid's still a little dirty, but far better than it was. Now the slave is installed though I can at least get a bleed line on the nipple without having to raise the car, with a bit of careful twisting and reaching in.

Was thinking I might give the fluid reservoir a bit of a scrub if possible, not sure if the plastic fluid reservoir is removable without taking off the entire master cylinder?

Just replace the master cylinder mate. Every car I've had to replace the slave cylinder or master cylinder on, the other has gone within a few weeks or a month tops. This is on about 4 cars now between my family and friends. Save yourself the hassle of having it go some place inconvenient.
Cool sunroof bro...
