Source for OEM Parrelel imported parts

Post by broomfish » Sat May 22, 2010 7:49 am

I have just re-hookedup with a source i used a few years ago and am looking at bringing in some genuine Mazda (and other makes) parts.

Anyone have a commonly failing part that is stupidly expensive as a suggestion to check?

I thought the heater hose was reasonable from Mazda.
I paid about $30 for the genuine article, which compares with $45 for something close from Repco  , or $13 for a length twice as long as I needed from Supercheap auto, half of which is currently in the car and working fine. Anyone needs the other half they can have it for free...

But yeah, we definitely need more competition in the window regulator market...

When are you going to advertise the clear repeater lights you have on Trade Me here.
At least then you don't have to Trade Me more money,I know i,m keen,Half the cost of Genuine lights in that style.

Hi Peter, I was checking out the site and saw the Tower Brace on special on
the front page. I then went to the list of parts by make and model and found
this: 6" Vernier Callipers', $75 reduced to $45, the front brace pricing
hasn't been changed, just an error, but if I wanted a cheap set of
callipers?????
No image of the brace?

Cheers
Biff

Hi Biff

The only braces on clearance special are the odd ball Honda ones. The MX5 front braces arent on clearance special and are priced at $75 which is actually half of the advertised price in the mx5club magazine by a certain Dr in the Waikato ;-)
I have added a photo of the brace to the page
