Hardtop

I picked up a hard top for cheap because it is damaged. I've started repairing it and today I've just test fit to make sure everything lines up, I discovered that the front of it that sits on top of my windscreen doesn't fit properly, it seems like it's warped and now sits higher that it should in the middle and the passenger side corner needs to be pulled back a bit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
