Along the lines of the mass protests over oil company price fixing a couple
of years ago where people organised to stop buying petrol for a day, some
people in the UK have come up with this protest against speed cameras.

Basically they are planning to get people to go on strike from speeding for
a month, thus depriving the government of 1/12 of its annual speed camera
millions. I suspect if anyone tried this in NZ we'd just see the speeding
tolerance brought down from 10km/h to zero...
