Yellow!

One for the yellow gurus - and those that want one.

Aro Motors in Wellington have a 1991 Yellow for sale - 119,000km for
$9995. It has some evidence of overspray however inside the bonnet etc
is yellow indicating possible genuine - could of course be a very
thorough attempt at a 'knock off'!

Does anyone know if the chassis numbers for the 800 were all
consecutive? This has a chassis number that is about 2500 after the
number given for the first J Limited yellow in the article in the last
Topdown - I think by Nigel Every? If they were consecutive numbers (and
considering there were only 800 and they all sold in the first day I
would guess they all rolled off the line together) then this probably
isn't genuine.

Chassis number is 153617. Was the yellow paint code HZ?

I would be happy to look at the car further for any non-Wellingtonians
that may be interested. I have been told by the student I support that
we can't afford another and we can't possibly sell our baby!

Hi Ian,
The yellow paint code is HZ. Can't confirm chassis numbers though as mine
is a J LTD 2.
