Hard top leak

I have a leak between the door window and the rubber seal on the hard top. Hard
top came with the vehicle and the rubber seal appears to be in good condition.
Any ideas on what can be done to stop leak.
Also, how do you correctly adjust locking clamps to give a tighter fit all round.
