some materials.

Sorry, it must be made of aluminium. Transport (Vehicle and Driver
Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, Transport Notice 1995.

Yes, I'm working on this via the NZ Police, but will present all the facts
once I have them, not just bits of info. As I have said, there are some
conflicts & the info is not easily interpreted.
