Hi;'Adjustable' struts by means of a knob or valve to alter hardness are no
problem.However adjustable platform type struts need a cert as they can sit
the car lower than the 100mm height required for WOF.You must be able to
drive your car over 100mm high block without bottoming chassis rails,
suspension arms or other structural part of the car .When you have
adjustable struts you can then legally have the ride height lower than this
therefore it needs to be certified.Its a easy $350 for the Govt. Ross.
