My fans don't turn on at all..
I'm no sparky..
and im lazy.

Fuse box.
Triple checked they are all hooked up?
Next thing get a voltage meter thing and check if you're getting any power from the outlet plug thingy.

Hopefully very shortly, and I will do my best, first thing is to make sure they are getting power.
I will leave any soldering up to you.

Have you tried the diagnostic mode test?
Put jumper wire between the TEN and GND connectors in the diagnostic port, turn the ignition to "ON" and press the throttle pedal. Both the radiator and A/C fans should turn on.
