Location of NA6 fuel pump relay
Got given some petrol which appears to have gone off. I want to get it out of my tank. Wondering if someone can identify location of fuel pump relay so i can short it out and pump fuel out via the pump. Thought i could drop fuel line off injector rail and pump it out and then replace filter and add some high octane . Any suggestions greatly appreciated thanks. My car is parked on a hill so difficult to jack it up to access filter and tank as it sits.

The fuel pump relay is beneath the steering column. You may find it easier to get at with the access panel removed. In my car, the fuel pump relay was attached to something, and was fairly easy to unplug.
If the car runs, you may want to disconnect the fuel pump relay while it is running to depressurise the fuel lines before disconnecting them.
As WideOpenThrottle says, you can force the fuel-pump on by jumpering the F/P and ground connectors and turning the ignition to ON.
