So while swapping the original dashboard in my NA with an NB one I came across a small problem.
What's the easiest way to remove the HVAC? Also, does anyone know the best way to reattach the 3 cables? I have worked out the wiring but I haven't worked out how to reattach the cables or whether I'd need the NB cables and connect them at the other end. Any advice from someone who's done the NA NB interior swap or has some experience with the HVACs would be much appreciated.

Yeah my cables on the NB unit were cut. For now I'm just focussing on getting everything swapped over before getting everything running again.
