Wheel spacers??

Has anyone had experience of where to get 32 mm wheel spacers in NZ? I've been quoted NZ$110 postage from the UK!

crikey what size/width/offset wheels will you be running?
i dont even think you can certify more than 25mm
is this for one of those porsche things?
you could probably get a set made or Ryan at luxury sports can do 27mm i think

Wheel spacers

Post by Exocet kit cars » Tue Jul 05, 2011 8:19 pm

Good point re: certification - I'll have to run that past the certifier I think.
32 mm is the standard size that goes on the Exocet (dot co dot nz) - improves the stance.
These go on with the standard MX5 alloys.
Cheers!

how about some of these
http://www.palmside.co.nz/product_pcid_15633.html

then you can use the wheels to get the offset rather than running some super large spacers

they can do between 15x6 and 15x9
you could even go for some 13x8/9s if you use 1.6 brakes

basicly a six inch rim with +11 offset will work you can work out the widths/offsets from there

even try http://www.palmside.co.nz/product_pcid_15633.html

hope this helps

You can't cert 32mm spacers. http://www.lvvta.org.nz/documents/stand ... _Tyres.pdf

Definately get some different wheels.

Wheel Offset

Thanks for the advice. I'll either go for a 20 mm spacer or look at some new wheels.
