Odd how most wheels are now 5 stud or the multi fit, which I am not so fond
of.

Does anyone know of a website where you can do a virtual test fit of mags on
different cars to see what they look like on the car? I recall one ages ago
where you could pick the car and colour and then trial a full range of
wheels and sizes.

Seeing as this topic is wandering... check out this MX5 on TradeMe

Looks nice form the outside, but 17,300km.. yeah right, Check out all the
corrosion under the hood. The power steering, tower brace and radiator
brackets are all rusted, I have not even seen that on an 89 NA. I wonder if
this went for a swim in the Japan floods a few years back.

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =259057181

Also has anyone heard of the limited edition model NB NR-A (NR-A is a race
class in Japan) I know they did one in 2006 but can't find anything on an NB
model, the mods for the 2006 are not bad but could have included uprated
sway bars.
- Height-adjustable Bilstein dampers
- Torque-sensing 'Super LSD' (limited-slip differential)
- Leather-wrapped steering wheel
- Aluminum gas/brake/clutch pedals
- Front suspension tower bars (braced to the cowl structure)
- 16-inch steel wheels (16-inch aluminum wheels are standard equipment on
the base model)

I wonder what the actual mods for the NB were? This page mentions a 2003
club sport special edition http://www.miata.net/news/originaleditions.html
(half way down the page)

Looks like it was top stow on the titanic judging by the rust!
I think I can see a high tide mark on the interior carpets?

Why would someone do this?
Yes, that yellow strut brace under the bonnet is real ugly!

Judging by the expression on the cars face, it doesn't like it either

15 years old and it has none of the rust of the rust of the so called NR-A
special. Looks to be in great nick.

Not my cup of tea but I can see it's merrits, I image it would appeal to the
classic MG fans.

the front view doesnt actually look too bad....its just the lights aren't blended particularly well (i.e constrained by the original bonnet)

If you could lower the lights a bit or have slightly smaller diameter ones it could work.....in this guise, it doesn't quite do so
