BBS from NA to NB ok?

Anyone know if a set of BBS wheels on an NA will fit onto an NB ok - and vice versa come to that!?

NB to NA will most probably fit however NA to NB might not due to brake clearance since the newer NBs have bigger brakes than the 1.6 NA

I think the last post meant NA to NB might not ...in saying that, be aware that BBS supplied 14" MX5 wheels in 1992 and 15" in 1995. In Keith Tanners book, he quotes the following as min wheel sizes which will fit: 1990-93 - 13", 94-2002 - 14", 2001/2 Sport and 2003+ - 14". The latter would seem to be a misprint, as in the text, he states that these later big brakes require at least 15" wheels as a minimum and also cautions that not all 15" wheels will have the ability to fit....

Sounds like the only way to be sure is to get the two side by side and try swapping them over!!
