Did my suspension and wheels yesterday. KYB shocks, King spring lows, 15x6.5 wheels with Michelin PS3 tyres. Feels like a totally different car. Didn't go as low as I thought it would but it has settled a bit more now.

Interesting. I've only ever heard praise for redline gear oils. On top of that there are multiple sites across the internet that recommend the redline gear oils for a mx5. Surely such a well established brand wouldn't be producing a sub standard product?
