take it to a specialist welder who is expert at welding cast metal. cast needs to be pre heated before its welded to prevent further cracking. easy flow on a low heat with the gas plant, the cracking of manifolds when welding is mainly due to the heat up cool down speeds, ive braised cast very slowly and it did the trick.
