If you are bald in the front, you are a great thinker

If you are bald on top, you are a great lover.

I am bald on both the front and the top, I think I'm a great lover!

You could buy me a Yul Brunner wig, that would be nice and economical!

AND I SHOULD THINK NOT!!! Fossicking under her bonnet indeed. There are laws about that kind of thing! Seriously, at 57, balding, overweight, and looking like Frankenstein's Monster's ugly brother, (but with a wonderful self image), I am also unlikely to be mistaken for a Hairdresser. I note however...

You raise some good points Colin, however, the fact remains that, sticking to the manufacturers specs, for the type of driving the manufacturer was anticipating when he built the car, does seem to work. Ok, if you are going to up the power drastically and race the car, or drive it in a racing manner...

That's interesting Terry, because it rather flies in the face of manufacturers recommendations. I have a light car, the MX 5 for which the recommendation is 28 PSI, a medium weight car, a Mazda 626, for which the recommendation is 32 front and 28 rear and a heavy car, the BMW 528, ( and you would th...

I know that Robbins (the American company that makes all OEM Mazda hoods) does make a three window hood for the MX5. Their agent in NZ is Reid & Twiname in Auckland I also think that LeMans in Wellington also had a picture of such a hood on their site at one stage. www.lemansfabrics.co.nz , from mem...

I run the Kumhos on my 94 at 28 PSI all round, seems to give very good results in both the grip and ride departments, although you might want them a little harder if going a little quicker. The tyres have over 40K on them now and look good for at least another 10, so I guess that pressure does them ...

With respect, I cannot imagine that the demand for such an item is exactly high. However, acknowledging that everyone's taste is different, you might try Le Mans Fabrics, they will be in the Wellington phone book, I think they are in Te Ngae, They would have to make one for you, from a suitable fabr...

Tune Up

I have been driving the 5 a bit over the holidays, (as Ann drives it to work most days I don't usually get too much of a go at it), and I thought it was a bit flat. Drove exactly the same model, 94 1800 auto, in Rarotonga, and confirmed my thoughts, very clapped out, but seemed to get up and go with...

I too vote for the list as it is. I'm a great believer in the "Kiss" principle and I don't have a problem going into my email and sorting out what I do or don't want to read. I must admit that I am a fairly unsophisticated user of email and internet at home, (not so in the office) but I can't be bot...

Pachobel is probably spinning in his grave. De-composing at least, but I think
even he would say "THAT'S WAY COOL"!

Don't know who the musican is, but he knows how to play it.
