My car hasn't had much love lately but she's got stuff coming. Autokonexion are super slow but the fastback is finally coming! It's the ...

Also autokonexion are only making the shell for the foreseeable future due to the massive backlog. I was lucky because I've been in that queue forever :-P

I am but the car is still getting upgraded by the new "owner" :-P plus all the parts are pretty much there and ...

Don't know why people rubbish nz roads. Far better than English ones and certainly better than any third world country I've spent time in (no tongue biting potholes in nz :-P )

Can't add anything of value to the question though...

I'm going to guess Mazda NZ will want $60k ...
Hmmm I'll have to give the nzpost youshop a go then to see if they can forward on one for cheap

Unless you have the tune-ability, power and aggression of a V8 Supercar (they run full spool diffs), like marcellarius said avoid it. Torsens come up from time to time or maybe look at getting an aftermarket clutch pack diff instead. Had no idea what a spool diff was so I did a quick Google and fou...

I'd have to guess that reducing the preload would allow further suspension travel which should at the very least improve the ride. Once you've done that make sure you get another wheel alignment done though.

949 racing. I think flyin miata have less aggressive specs on their website. Lowering springs would've changed the alignment and I think it's worthwhile spending $60 to get more grip and even tyre wear

the 1800 torsens are the way to go, and then one day you can score a KAAZ or OS Giken 2 way from the States. The OS is default 1.5 way (yep... I may or may not have one...) but you can make it 1 or 2 way. Would recommend though, no shudder unless you stall the car (it makes lots of noise if you do,...

15x8 only came out last year so you'll be extremely hard pressed to find any secondhand Stateside, let alone any 15x8 RPF1s in NZ.

No idea what mine are worth, probably similar price to Ian
