thanks SLYDIT for the links - i actually found the drain service bulletin, printed it off and took that with me to the garage. They put upgraded drains in - I assume it was these. thank goodness for these forums and thanks for the helpful advice. cheers

thanks for that - I phoned the dealer as soon at it leaked and they had me take the car to the closet dealer and as far as I can tell they put in the upgraded drains free and dried out the carpets.
