They pull out ,we just screw a bolt up the guts and work it out,The replacement pipe's are exact dimensions ,We had these custom made oversea's for us. Did you change the actual cam ,or does the end of the cam remove,had a look around here and looks like the whole cam needs changing ??,Can't see a removal piece for the key for the CAS to lock into.

See if you can get on a hoist and if the noise is there with no load on the wheels,Check any joints,Bolts,brake calipers,Anything that might work loose,Otherwise in the diff :(

Ask them what the spacing between the mounting holes are,The ones we used to do would bolt straight on with no mods,Look to be the same spacing.

Don't forget some NA 1800 model from japan also had mid bass speaker mounted in the back the seat itself !.
