I have had a set on my NB for a few months now. Lots and lots of grip, wet or dry. A little noisy but then again the whole car is! Only real complaint is that they need very high tyre pressures in order not to sag in the middle. That it turn means a terrible ride. I am not 100% sure that the tradeof...

Just remembered i didn't report back. Frankly I can't tell the difference on the 98 Octane, but given you are only supposed to get an extra BHP or two anyway I suppose you wouldn't expect to. I will keep using it for track days tho- for the very minor extra it costs it seems worth it on the off chan...

How do you reset the ECU on a NB
Hi Anyone know how to reset the ECU on my NB (10AE)? I assume you just unplug the batttery for quarter of an hour or so but someone must know for sure. The plan is to run a tank of 98 through next trackday. I know that is a controversial idea but apparently to give the best chance of any gain the ti...

10AE wheels
I know there has been debate on other forums about the highly polished wheels on the 10AE pitting. So I thought people might be interested to know that i recently had some work done on mine by Arrow Wheels in Kelston, who say that they can refinish them as good as new. I took mine in because I had b...

Help! Race suit needed
I have an opportunity to enter my MX5 10AE in the Domain Hillclimb on Saturday, which would be fantastic. But...I need a race suit. Could anyone lend me one? Very happy to pay for the priviledge. I am about 6ft and weigh about 95kg.
Thanks
Nick

I have also been converted to the Mintex 1166 by the guys at Race Brakes. Just wanted more stopping for track days, and so far very happy with them. They work well right from cold and absolutely no fade at all at Pukekohe. The downside is lots of dust and expensive: $400 for the set, plus another $6...
