Hi Keith, I've got the same problem exactly. Mine happened while de-icing the
hood. Any contact details for Allcare?

Sounds good, but doesn't the list mail come from the 'list' rather than any

Actually, I completely agree with you all. However, your complaints about offending NMC posts to the list have now become just as tiresome as the offending posts themselves. I think they actually out number the original posts several times over. There were only three 'offending' emails sent each way...

Ironically, it did sound as though Bill has an answer to the mirror problem.
Perhaps he will enlighten the list upon his return from the jazz festival.

Bill, I'll say this really quietly so that you're not too embarrassed... You responded to the wrong email, if you check the correct one you will see the afore mentioned question marks. To make it a little clearer for you, they look like this.. ' ? '. But don't worry, I won't tell anyone. Quotation m...

If you are in Auckland, I have a new one here to fit an NA. I bought and then
never used it. Then the car was stolen and it was replaced as part of the
claim.

Those little squiggly things after the words "Bill and "verbiage" are what we call Question marks . Now pay attention William, sit up straight! Where was I... oh yes, question marks. These are known in a broader sense as Punctuation marks. They can be used to indicate the difference between a commen...

What are you trying to say Bill? I have trouble with multi syllabic verbiage?
( Put the dictionary down Bill, it means 'long words'.)

I preferred my earlier response. Anyone remember it? It was "Ditto".

Three points here:
1) "wordrage" - I like it!
2) What makes you think Skodas are safe!
3) And Bill... Damn, I've forgotten what I was going to say. Still, it
can't have been important.

Keith. All I can tell you is that my Jaguar has its battery in the boot and has a special sealed batt witn a plastic tube connector designed into the top moulding. A rubber tube about 6mm dia then pushed onto it and runs down through the floor. I had heard somewhere that the MX5 used much the same s...

I thought the idea was to vent the battery to the outside world to prevent
charging fumes from rusting out the boot. Someone on the list may know more
about this.

Stolen MX5 - Auckland [Fwd: help needed]
Mine was stolen a few weeks ago from a supermarket carpark, and returned with almost no damage to another carpark Or were the storing it there for the next evenings ride? The insurance company still managed to spend $3500 on it, which didn't include any panelbeating. Or so they said in their summary...
