Polished MX5
Spent a good 10 hours trying the DAS Pro polisher with Sonus products, was nervous at first, but think i have transformed the car. Deep shine, you can see the metallic in the paint and got rid of those nasty swirl marks.
Overall 9.5/10

Do mine next?
I am thinking of going into detailing as a part time interest, so if your near the shore i'd could be tempted.

update
So, lots have been asking of what i purchased and where from. The kit I orderd was from the following. I ordered mine with the Kestral DAS-6 Power plus (note the DAS-6 alone can be had in NZ for $300 with shipping the whole kit along with clay bar, tape, the 4 sonus SFX polish and a few other bits cost me $400 landed with the more powerful pro version)

I am happy to do other forum users cars, however i must state:
Its hard work.
I dont yet have the tools for deep scratches, but will be getting a 4" combo soon.
Pads and polish get used and wear out and I'm still tring to see what gives best results. Previoulsy by hand I have used Megs and Swisswax products.
This is not a valet, its more paint conditioning/detailing (just done some research and if a local mobile guy can do what i did for $55 then i'll be amazed. A lot of valet guys will use harsh products or fillers that dont last long, so you get to see instant benefits that soon dissapear)
This was done straight afte it came out the dealer, the guy who taught me at the time, said it was the worst car prep he has seen. After 8 hours it looked like this and pretty much stayed like it, even aftter a harsh uk winter.
