New tyres.
I am looking at putting some good tyres on my car. It is a weekender and wish to do the odd track day.
Tyres I am looking at are
TOYO PRX-T1R
FALKIN NITTOS
BRIDGESTONE RE002
If anyone has any of these tyres or can recommend another one that would be great.

I've got some re002's that I bought on the 4 for 3 deal too - they're not bad.
Next tires I'm going to be looking at www.tirerack.com + www.kiwishipping.co.nz though as there's a whole lot more options and I suspect the pricing will actually be pretty comparable to buying here.

I'm not too sure whether there are any issues here in NZ, but I recall a similar conversation on... maybe mx5cartalk... or some other overseas forum, about importing tyres.Junkwhale wrote:I've got some re002's that I bought on the 4 for 3 deal too - they're not bad.

You might know better, but the possibility of insects etc. within the tyres meant more money spent on having them treated, by which point the money paid to biosecurity and customs outweighed any savings made.
Again, that might not apply here or under the circumstances you are talking about, but its probably a good idea to have a look around the biosecurity site...
